Rental Details

Booking Details

• Please bring a valid Drivers License, credit card & cellphone.
• A $500 Credit Card or cash deposit is required on the day of rental. It will be refunded once the equipment is returned without damage and the gasoline that has been used replaced by customer.
• Prices do not include 8% sales tax
• If booked online bring confirmation # / voucher to check in.
• Please arrive back at scheduled time.
• Late fees will apply if you return after scheduled due time.
  
• Please arrive 15 minutes early to depart on time!
• Holiday weekends require an 8 hour minimum reservation for all motorized boats.
• A contract agreement is required for boat rentals. Certain restrictions apply.
• Alabama boating licenses are not required for boat rentals.
• If there is unfavorable weather you can reschedule.
• 100% Satisfaction Guaranteed - If you are not happy with your rental - return it within 30 min of launch for a full refund, less any gas usage.

Cancelation Policy

Our Cancellation Policy is Simple and Strict, but Fair.
• We DO NOT give Cash/credit refunds, rather we will gladly give you credit for use another time.
• If you cancel with 72 hours or more notice you will receive a 100% gift certificate to use another time, on any type of rental.
• No shows and cancellations within 48 hours of the event, for any reason, are non-refundable.
• We do not allow cancellations for less than ideal weather. If the weather is bad due to high winds, lightning, rain, storms in the area, unsafe conditions we will call you to move your reservation to a future date. Cancellations made by our staff due to weather will still receive a full refund.
• We reserve the right to cancel any rental at any time due to extreme conditions deemed unsafe.
